“Flowers grow out of dark moments.” – Corita Kent
Plants left in the dark will grow taller than plants in lighted conditions over a short period of time. The increased growth is a response to the darkness, the plant is trying to grow over anything that may be blocking the light.
As humans we can learn a lot from nature in that our own personal dark moments are where we can learn some crucial life lessons, develop into much better people and “bloom“ if you like.
Quite often in sport you will hear the coach or players say that they learn more from their losses than they do from their wins. When we have a failure of any kind that is the opportunity we have to learn to become better human beings, to grow that little bit faster. You can take those lessons into your next project, relationship, business, sporting match, and you will achieve so much more than if you hadn’t had the disappointments.
It is your choice to learn from your mistakes. You have the power within you so get out there and blossom, you can do it!
