Many people have trouble feeling positive or taking a positive attitude, particularly when things aren’t going well. What Brodie is saying here is that in order to feel positive and maintain a positive attitude you should take action every day that is positive and takes you closer to your goals.
We all feel good when we achieve something so if you are feeling low or unmotivated then taking action is a great way for you to turn it around. If things aren’t going your way then do something to change it, or focus on something else that you can take forward. When you have taken positive action, be happy and reward yourself for doing a great thing.
You have the power within you to take positive action and create your own personal happiness.
